Suping (Simon) Pan joined Donaldson Capital Management in 2026 and serves as a Financial Analyst. He brings more than two decades of experience in the financial services industry and a deep background in investment analysis and portfolio support.
Simon holds a Bachelor of Arts from Nanjing University in China, a Master of Law degree from Golden Gate University, and a Master of Business Administration from Purdue University.
Prior to joining Donaldson, Simon worked with IMC Advisors in Columbus, Indiana, where he had served clients since 2005. He also spent time as a Financial Analyst with Irwin Management Company, Inc., where he developed a strong foundation in investment analysis and portfolio management.
Beyond the Office
Simon enjoys spending time outdoors, including hiking, sports, and fishing. He also has a passion for reading and writing. He resides in Carmel, Indiana, with his family.
