Shannon Hampton joined Donaldson Capital Management in 2026 and serves as a Senior Client Services Specialist.
A native of Columbus, Indiana, Shannon earned her Bachelor of Science in Legal Administration from Ball State University. After graduation, Shannon returned to Columbus and began her career with a real estate firm affiliated with the Irwin Miller family. A few years later, she transitioned to Irwin Management Company, the Miller Family Office. In 2001, Shannon joined the team at IMC Advisors, which merged with Donaldson Capital Management in 2026.
Throughout her time at Irwin Management Company and IMC Advisors, Shannon developed a genuine passion for helping clients feel supported, valued, and well cared for.
Beyond the Office
Shannon and her husband, Randy, live in Columbus. They have two sons, Luke and Jake, and four grandchildren. Away from the office, many of their favorite moments are those spent with family and relaxing with friends.
