Sara Williams joined Donaldson Capital Management (DCM) in 2018 and serves as Director of Communications.

Sara graduated from the University of Southern Indiana in 2011 with a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish Studies. Upon graduation, Sara was offered a position with Heritage Federal Credit Union as Marketing Specialist. Sara enjoyed overseeing the credit union’s community support program, financial education, and Gen Y marketing strategy. She was soon recruited by Fire & Rain (formerly KFS) where she was account manager of a communications team for a large pharmaceutical client.

In 2021, Sara obtained designation as an Advanced Certified ScrumMaster® (A-CSM®) professional. Scrum is a widely used framework to manage complex projects with cross-functional teams.

Sara lives in Newburgh with her spouse, Sabrina, and children Isaac (15), Alex (14), and Willow (6). Sara has worked with the E is for Everyone initiative, which supports her passion for a diverse community of connection and contribution to make our community great for all people. Whether serving on local non-profit boards, volunteering, or attending local events with her family in the Tri-state area, Sara and Sabrina enjoy supporting local businesses and non-profits.
