After earning his Bachelor's in Accounting and MBA from Ball State University, Matthew began his career at Somerset CPAs in Indianapolis. There, he gained broad exposure to the accounting profession and worked across a diverse range of industries, supporting both small businesses and large corporations.
Seeking to return to his roots in southern Indiana, Matthew joined Bristol-Myers Squibb in Evansville as a Financial Analyst. He quickly immersed himself in the complexities of pharmaceutical manufacturing, navigating a global acquisition when the site transitioned to AstraZeneca. This opportunity sharpened his skills in cross-functional collaboration and strategic business analytics.
Now at Donaldson Capital Management, Matthew leverages his experience to help drive growth and operational excellence, while staying connected to the community he cares deeply about.
Beyond the Office
Matthew and his wife, Kelsey, have two boys, Coen and Fletcher. When he has free time, he and his family are either camping, playing soccer in the backyard, or enjoying family board game nights.
