Lauren Chavira joined Donaldson Capital Management in May 2022 and serves as the Accounting Specialist.

Lauren is from Henderson, Kentucky, and attended Henderson County High School before earning her Bachelor’s in Accounting and Master’s in Business Administration at the University of Southern Indiana in 2019 and 2023.

During college, Lauren worked for German American Bank. Upon graduation, she joined a public accounting firm, Harding, Shymanski, & Company where she was employed for three years. Looking to make a move from public accounting, Lauren joined her husband, Zach Chavira, as a DCM employee.

Lauren and her husband Zach have one son, Crew. She loves to be active and can be found most days at Orangetheory Fitness or chasing the little one around outside. She loves to travel with her family and spend time with her friends.
