Colby was born and raised in Vincennes, Indiana. He joined DCM in March of 2021 and serves as Director of Investment Operations.

Colby is bringing eight years of experience from the insurance industry, where he worked as an Underwriter and an IT Business Analyst. An integral team member of a multi-million dollar overhaul of his previous employers’ website and platform, he decided to return to school and obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business – Information Technology Management. In addition to his Bachelor’s degree, Colby has earned the title of Lean Six Sigma Green Belt™ (LSSGB™). Six Sigma is a statistical and data-driven methodology that seeks to improve business processes by greatly reducing the likelihood of errors.

Colby lives on the East side of Evansville with his wife Jennifer and their menagerie of pets. He loves to discuss the potential possibilities of the future and plausible theories of the universe over a great cup of coffee since he and his wife met at Starbucks. He loves history, music, science, and nature.
