Lauren Chavira, CPA, joined Donaldson Capital Management in May 2022 and serves as the Accounting Specialist.

Lauren is from Henderson, Kentucky, and attended Henderson County High School before earning her Bachelor’s in Accounting and Master’s in Business Administration at the University of Southern Indiana in 2019 and 2023. In 2025, Lauren successfully completed her studies to achieve her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.

During college, Lauren worked for German American Bank. Upon graduation, she joined a public accounting firm, Harding, Shymanski, & Company where she was employed for three years. Looking to make a move from public accounting, Lauren joined her husband, Zach Chavira, a Retirement Plan Lead Advisor at DCM. Together, they have two children, Crew and Estie. Any free time she has is spent being active at Orangetheory Fitness or chasing the little ones around outside. She loves to read, travel with her family, and spend time with friends.
