Josh Warren joined Donaldson Capital Management in 2026 and serves as a Financial Planning Associate. Originally from northwest Illinois, Josh moved to Indiana to attend Taylor University, where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Psychology. He also holds a Master of Arts degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University.
Prior to joining Donaldson, Josh spent over a decade working in behavioral health, where he developed a strong foundation in relationship building, analyzing data, and thoughtful, individualized problem-solving.
Beyond the Office
Josh and his wife, Karesse, live in Indianapolis with their two children, Elina and Theo. Outside of work, he enjoys running, reading, watching and playing sports, and spending time with friends. He and his family attend College Park Church in Indianapolis.
