Christopher Corcoran joined Donaldson Capital Management in January 2024 as Associate Investment Advisor. After growing up in Evansville, Christopher attended Purdue University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance in 1990. Following graduation, he returned to Evansville and took on various roles in the financial services industry with Merrill Lynch, Card Management Corp. and Fifth Third Bank. In 2003, he earned a Master of Business Administration from Purdue’s Daniels School of Business.
With this achievement, Christopher moved to the Fifth Third corporate offices in Cincinnati, OH, further developing his marketing and analytical skills. In 2007, he found his next challenge as a consultant at Quaero, a customer data management and analytics company. At Quaero, he managed engagements for Fortune 500 organizations, leading efforts to revolutionize their marketing functions.
Christopher joined dunnhumby in 2013, where he helped businesses leverage data science to deliver extraordinary, personalized experiences through customer-first strategies. He led global, cross-functional teams and learned the importance of harnessing the power of diverse thinking to generate exceptional value. Additionally, he enjoyed a 2.5 year overseas assignment in Edinburgh, Scotland, where he embraced the importance of culture and discovered a newfound appreciation for snooker.
Like so many, Christopher faced challenges amidst the COVID-19 outbreak in 2020 as his position was eliminated. He resolved to persevere and started working at Costco, where he quickly rose to a leadership position by being open to new responsibilities, absorbing information quickly and exhibiting a “can do” attitude.
Christopher’s passions for serving clients, building relationships, and investing led him back to financial services. He is thrilled to be relocating to Sandy Springs and joining the DCM Atlanta team. He loves spending time with his family and reuniting with his Purdue friends.
